As a former Starbucks employee and longtime coffee gurlie, this high protein cinnamon dolce latte is all the flavour of the original with over 30g of protein; which means you start your day on a delicious note, while balancing your hormones and blood sugar.

The key to this is the ATP Labs Supreme Beef Protein. It's made from beef, collagen and bone broth, which means it won't hurt your stomach like the whey isolate powders out there; making a high protein coffee something your tastebuds and tummy love. The secret to this is to blend the protein powder with COLD milk before heating it up; this prevents chunks and makes for a wonderful experience.

High Protein Cinnamon Dolce Latte


Combine the protein powder, cold milk, cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup until completely combined. Heat the milk up and once hot, whisk in butter to melt it and create a lovely foam. You can also use a milk frother for this step.


To serve, pour the hot high protein cinnamon dolce latte base into the hot coffee.
